We were using another curriculum last year and it was miserable for me. Too much prep work and my daughter's schooling suffered because of it. This is easy to use and I am happy with everything. The only thing I feel that is lacking is he needs more help with reading but I feel that way because he was already behind when I took him out of school. March 12, 2023 - So the only reason it’s not a 5 is the LA seems a bit advanced, but maybe had my daughter started in this program for the lower grades it wouldn’t seem so hard. The rest has been great! And we are just having to spend time talking about the writing papers and spelling sounds, she is probably below level on spelling so it seems hard for her. - Is this program accredited? No. Accreditation is a form of credentialing that applies to schools. The truth is that homeschool curricula cannot be accredited; only academic institutions can. Accreditation occurs when a brick-and-mortar or a virtual school is reviewed by an accreditation agency, and is said to achieve certain standards. Often, the accreditation process involves self-evaluation by an organization during which it compares its own data and feedback against research-based performance outcomes. Since All in One Curriculum is a curriculum and not a school, it cannot be accredited. However, this curriculum is educationally rigorous and does prepare your high schooler for college. - Is everything included in this curriculum? Do I need to buy additional books? No. All of our curriculum is complete and comes with the reading material and everything you need to homeschool. I am currently working on the 2nd grade curriculum with my son. It’s has been fairly easy to follow and when I find any errors (simple typos or missing answers from the answer guide) I send an email and they review and correct it right away. If there is something that I wasn’t sure of I send an email and they clarify for me. It has been a pleasure having this team work so hard to keep and maintain this curriculum. Everyone makes mistakes and when putting together projects after long days and nights some minor errors happen. I love being able to send an email to help correct it for others and they reply once they take a look and edit the file. I feel like I am a part of their team by being an editor for them as I go. The material is great and easy to work with and add to or alter depending on if you have the materials for the lesson. My sons loves the flexibility with the lessons as well and he is starting to do some of them on his own before me!
My second grader is loving this program. His favorite is science. He loves all the activities and projects that are planned out each day. I love that It is easy for me to get my day ready the day before. This is my first year for our in-home Schooling and we are loving it, especially because of this program because it has made everything so much easier than what I thought it would be. No second-guessing as to what we need to do to stay on track. Thank you guys. Great program.

The language arts program is very thorough. It covers phonics, spelling, and creative writing in a way that feels like one big story rather than separate, disjointed subjects. My daughter’s handwriting has improved drastically thanks to the daily practice included in the curriculum.
The 2nd-grade social studies units on community helpers and basic economics were surprisingly engaging. My son started his own ‘chore business’ after the lesson on earning and saving. It’s rare to find a curriculum that translates so well to real-life applications.

I gave myself a few months of using this curriculum to give an honest review. I absolutely love this. You’re able to pick and choose what to use, if they have mastered it or all ready know the material, super easy to move on or up a grade. So far the only suggestion would be in grade one, the language arts practicing writing letters to make the lower case a in the natural form of a circle and then down instead of how a computer would write it. If needed, searching a simple practice writing page could be found and used instead or cross it out and show the child the easier way. That’s what I did.

We use this as our spine and then add our own library books. It provides a very sturdy framework for 2nd grade, covering all the state requirements without being overly ‘stuffy’ or formal.
Great for busy parents! Everything is laid out so you can just open the laptop or the binder and go. We’ve been using it for three months and my daughter is already halfway through the reading list.
Sometimes there are incorrect answers on the parent guide and sometimes on the student information isn’t complete on the bottom of the pages. I would like to see answer sheets for all materials especially in language arts.

Solid 2nd-grade foundation. The grammar lessons are a bit repetitive at times, but I suppose that’s necessary for retention at this age. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
We’ve tried several big box curriculums, but this is the first one where my son doesn’t fight me every morning. The 2nd-grade science curriculum is much more robust than the 1st-grade version. It’s affordable, secular, and honestly, a lifesaver for our large family.
I love this curriculum and so do my kids! It covers so much!! I was a little disappointed there is no option to purchase as books. Even if the books were spiral bound. If you purchase make sure you have a great printer! I was going to have a printing company print it all for me but the quote was over 2,000!!!
I did not like it. It seems to jump around and not follow a good pattern for learning one concept at a time in each subject. The kids and I didn’t like the way is was laid out, I could not get a refund, so I wasted my money because im not using it. I would not recommend unless you’re sure you like it. Sorry!
This is my first time teaching from the beginning of the year a kid who has been to public school. This curriculum makes it so easy to help them understand the assignments and help me know what needs to be done and how.
